Do you accept insurance? What payment methods do you accept? What is your cancellation and no-show policy? What if I don’t send my lab order on time? Does my insurance cover this?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment:


  • Debit and credit cards

  • HSA/FSA cards

  • Cash (exact amount only — we do not carry change)


All appointments must be prepaid before your phlebotomist arrives, unless you have arranged a cash payment at time of booking. You may be asked to pay a small deposit on a card to secure your appointment if paying cash. Please let us know if you need special accommodations when paying for your appointment.
