What is your cancellation and no-show policy?
We value your time and ours, and have clear policies to keep scheduling fair for everyone:
Same-day cancellations: Considered a no-show. The appointment becomes non-refundable and forfeited.
No-shows/No response: Non-refundable. A new booking and payment are required.
Late arrivals: If you are not home when the phlebotomist arrives to your appointment and you take over 10 minutes to get back home, the appointment is forfeited and non-refundable. Our phlebotomists always send a text with specific estimated time of arrival to ensure you are home and available.
Phlebotomist already dispatched: If you attempt to cancel or reschedule after your phlebotomist is on the way, no refund will be granted. A new appointment and payment is required to be seen.
To avoid fees, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. You may call, text or e-mail us to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Please note, you must reach us within business hours to ensure cancellation or rescheduling is done within the 24 hour window.
