Do you accept insurance?

Our mobile service fees are self-pay only. This means you pay us directly for the convenience of in-home lab collection. We never bill your insurance for our collection fee. 


However:


  • If your doctor has ordered routine blood work at Labcorp or Sonora Quest, your insurance may still cover the lab testing portion once your samples are delivered. We submit a copy of your insurance to the testing lab for them to bill the insurance for testing. If there are any costs you are responsible for after the lab has billed your insurance, you will receive a bill in the mail. It is your responsibility to ensure you pay any outstanding fees to the testing laboratory.


  • Our service fee covers only the mobile blood draw and specimen delivery.
