What if I don’t send my lab order on time?
Lab orders are required to prior to your appointment time. This is because we prepare the day before and make sure we bring all required supplies to your appointment.
Orders must be received at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If we do not receive your lab order in time, your appointment will be canceled.
Canceled appointments due to missing lab orders are non-refundable.
