Do you provide results?

We don’t interpret, receive or release lab results — those are sent directly from the lab to your ordering provider. 


If your ordering provider is having issues receiving results, either you or your doctor's office can contact the testing lab directly to ask about the status of pending lab results. Some testing does have extended turnaround time and most labs will not release results until all the testing on your order has been resulted.

If you have issues getting in contact with the testing lab, we can attempt to get a status update for you. Please keep in mind, we receive very limited information from the lab since we are not the ordering provider.
