When to book: When you are needing same-day service or when your provider has marked your lab order as STAT. Appointments are scheduled in 1-hour arrival windows.
How to book: Online through our scheduling page. STAT appointments open up online 12 hours before the desired appointment time frame. You may also call 623-692-0527 or text 480-256-2858 to inquire about same day availability.
Price: $70 per appointment (self-pay service fee) plus any applicable travel charge if you are within our extended service area.
Availability: Based on scheduling, but we do our best to accommodate same-day and urgent requests.
