Extended Service Area Travel Fees

Extended service area travel fees are in addition to the standard collection fees of $65 for routine lab collections, $70 for STAT collections, $150 for therapeutic phlebotomy service and $149 for Sneakpeek Clinical DNA Test. When booking online, you will be charged the standard collection fee for the service you are requesting upfront, and then invoiced for the extended service area travel fee if it applies to your booking.

Invoices for this fee are due 24 hours before your appointment time. All invoices are sent the email you provide at time of booking. If fees are not paid prior to your appointment time, your appointment may be delayed or canceled.
