How do I book a mobile lab appointment with Optivena?

Booking with OptiVena is quick and simple:

2. Select your service type (routine lab work, therapeutic phlebotomy, specialty kit, or SneakPeek Clinical Early Gender DNA Test).

3. Choose your preferred date and time window. Please note, we schedule in 1 hour and 2 hours arrival windows depending on the service you are requesting.

4. Upload or send us your lab order if required.

Please have your lab order readily available to send to us when booking your appointment. We will need a copy of your order and your insurance (unless lab order is self pay) to finalize your appointment. Please make sure the copy you send to us is fully legible and that none of the information on the page is cut off.

5. Complete your payment online to confirm. If you schedule your appointment via phone, text or email, you will receive an invoice via email (email you provide at booking). Invoices must be paid at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid any cancellations or delays to your appointment.

✅ Once booked, you’ll get an email confirmation. On the day of your appointment, you’ll receive a text when your phlebotomist is on the way with an ETA. We are unable to give you a specific time frame until the day of your appointment.

Please note: If you do not make prior arrangements with us (requesting a more specific time frame or other accommodations for your appointment) before booking your appointment, we are unable to make special accommodations on the day of your appointment.
